Withdrawal Information

Introduction

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract as outlined below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within *30 days* without giving any reason.

The period starts on the day you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

After withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including shipping costs, *free of charge*, within 10 business days using the same payment method.

Returns must be in *unworn, unused condition with all original tags*.

Exclusions

• Customized products cannot be returned.
• Items with removed hygiene seals (e.g. underwear, beauty products) cannot be returned.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
