3. Returns & Refunds

Which items can be returned?

Clothing, shoes & accessories must be returned new, unworn, undamaged and with original tags .
Shoes should only be tried on on a soft, clean surface .

Non-returnable:

Custom-made items
Underwear, swimwear, beauty products
Sale products or marked as "non-returnable"
Defective or incorrect items → please contact SKB customer service

Returns & processing:

Report within 14 days of receipt
Return in original packaging
Returns will be inspected; unmet conditions will not be refunded.
Free returns: within Germany, SKB covers the return shipping costs.

Refund:

Within 10 working days
Refund to original payment method or customer account credit
Shipping costs will only be reimbursed by law.
