Returns & Refunds
1 – Which items can be returned?

Clothing, Shoes & Accessories:
Items must be returned new, unworn, undamaged , and with original tags . Shoes may only be tried on on a soft, clean surface .
Non-returnable:

Custom items

Hygiene or health products such as underwear, swimwear, beauty products

Sale products or items marked as "non-returnable"
Defective or incorrect items:

Please contact SKB customer service . We will offer a suitable solution .
2 – Returns & Processing

Returns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Returns will be inspected/checked . Items that do not meet the conditions will not be refunded .

Free returns / Complimentary returns : SKB covers the return shipping costs within Germany.
3 – Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the return.

Refund to the originally used payment method or as a credit to the customer's account.

Shipping costs will only be refunded within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal .
